Title: Meditation anyone?

Hi guys. I hope someone will find this amongst the never-ending spam a read it! I am trying meditation using Headspace app and I like it so far as long as I don't fall asleep. After 15 days of using the app I got a voucher for 30 free days of the app and I wondered if anyone of you might want to use it. So if you want it, just ask me and I will send it to you.

I tired meditation, but it didn't worked out for me: I was never able to really turn off my mind

Nooo, no spam, I'm real! :D

I liked what Amanda said about meditation on Tim Ferriss Show - how she still feels like a shitty meditator and how after many years of meditation her mind still wanders.
So anyway, the offer still stands. (Is that right? Does not sound right.  :icon_scratch:)

What is important about meditation is to notice your mind has wander and come back to the stillness.

I find yoga and it's focus on the connection to one's body, very meditative.
