^ tickets are already on sale: http://zoo.oztix.com.au/default.aspx?Event=13979 I bought mine already :P

$48.00. I can't remember how much tickets were at The Tivoli, but I do remember Amanda telling us that she was shocked at how expensive they were and that she wouldn't play there again because of it. $48 is fine with me, I've paid more to see musicians I like far less than Amanda.

as for cameras, The Zoo (recently?) have changed their policy on it - it now clearly states in big bold red writing on the top of their homepage that no recording or photographic equipment is allowed. part of me is kinda happy about that, as much as I love taking photos... it might be nice to just watch a concert for once, and there won't be any annoying flashes.

edit: I see you've already read the site! :tard:

Tickets for the Tivoli show were $50 I think the last time... Possible like $52.

I really doubt there'll be a load of shows this time. I think the Zoo will be the only Brissy one as she is also playing 2 hours away in Byron and has dates in NZ only a couple of days after the Brisbane show. So Sydney, Adelaide and perth, if there are going to be shows there, will have to be in between Melbourne and Byron.

I copied this directly from the AFP tour site. I am pretty sure The Forum, who legally are NOT allowed to let minors in, are not going to advertise letting them in with their parents. Especially with all the hype about underage drinking going on in Oz at the moment.

There is a loophole that allows minors to be on the premises with a parent or guardian but it is up to the venue and I have never seen it advertised because they try to keep it to a minimum.

Edit - This is the information from Ticketek

I'm not sure of loopholes etc, I just thought as it was a theatre not a pub , it may have a different class of liscence, that allowed minors with guardians.

Now given that mostly fans come to the the box for info, if we know that the venue will allow them , it would be nice to put it on here,  as I'm sure we can all remember what its like to be underage, and really wanting to go.

I can understand about not advertising it on Amanda's site though.

I would tell minors to contact the venue and get the information for themselves directly. Not secondhand from us.

Bec, I just bought my ticket as well.  I got one of those e-ticket things, which is good - I won't have to worry about forgetting the ticket or anything.

I will be nice to just watch a show - I'm usually trying to get photos.  Plus, I usually want to try and be in the front row mostly to get some great shots, but if we're not allowed photos I think I'll be a lot more relaxed and maybe won't get there so early.
