Maybe I need to get out more, but I don't see too many really good albums I liked in 2009.  Maybe I will look into the stuff posted here.  Apparently I missing something when it comes to Tegan and Sara.  I already love St. Vincent, and wasn't even aware of the album.  Oops, time to spend a little time and monies.


Though if we're getting into soundtracks, Up kicks everybody in the ass soundtrack-wise.  You hear that damn piano music, and you start to cry.



ETA:  I just realized that I did buy Gaga's album, but I would really adore her more if she sang acoustically.
