I'm actually more excited about this than I was when my dad was getting married. Or my mum. This is absurd.

i wonder if there is some sort of fund we could do, or something, in the name of presents?  or, if we could think of a large gift of some sort, and then do a webpage and be able to contribute?  in the case of a funeral, for example, a lot of people ask for donations to a charity in place of flowers or other symbols of respect or sympathy that cost money.  in the case of weddings, it isn't really uncommon at all for people to register and designate what they would like or need to receive either, or do the charity thing as well, so maybe we could present the question ('what do you need?'), or some way, fund, whatever we might call it, to show the love in the form of cash, to put it bluntly?
