I don't think so. Conjoined twins are still two separate people.

sort of related: i was watching an episode of House, I think it was and there were these conjoined twins on it, i think they wanted to be seperated. anyway. one of them had a girlfriend and obviously had sex with her and stuff. awkwardddd. well anyway, apparently she'd actually fallen in love with the other one, and he'd fallen in love with her. ultimate awkward situation.

There are two sisters joined at the head that are sometimes in Siamese twin documentaries. They have an interesting strategy where one basically zones out and completely ignores what is going on with the other ones "private" relationships. It's baffling but it seems to work for them.
