Rather than starting a new thread, I'm just going to ask here. What's with the new squished tiny-ness of the avatars? If there's a thread for this already that I'm overlooking, please point me in the right direction.

I like them either larger or medium - when they are small, it's hard to see the detail in the artwork (for some of the more detailed photo avatars)

I actually don't like when things get bigger when you hover over them.  It's distracting.

I like the size they are right now, works for me   

I can understand if people think it's big, *shrugs, but I like how they can represent art at this size rather than just a picture to associate with a screen name, an image so-to-speak.
