It's exam season. Come on a wig out.

I cried yesterday over my forthcoming philosophy exam, and I physically cannot write fast enough to pass the damn thing. URGH.

i'm finished with all of my exams, had the last one on june 1st. i'm sort of starting to freak out though, because on thursday i'll get THE phone call telling me whether i have graduated or not. i'm allowed to retake one exam (out of seven), but if i've failed more than one exam i won't graduate. which would really, really suck. of course.

but i'm trying to stay positive, so yeah, i'm gonna graduate :P

I did the same two nights ago over my maths exam.

I'm doing my Junior Cert at the moment, which are the state exams everyone has to in Third Year (when your in or around 15). They mean fuck all really, but still :/

And the worst of it is they're getting rid of them next year.

I had my last exam on Monday but cried several times during study leave  :embarassed: I was sitting Highers which are what they base Scottish uni entrance on and what English unis look at for giving offers.

I thought my stress would be over for a while but I've just started 6th year classes on thursday and found out that due to the school fucking up with timetables, my advanced higher English and German classes are on at the same time. I'm going to have to try and do the work for German in study periods and occasionally skip English to go to class. Oh, and I need As in both these subjects.

Scottish exams are really not fun. Half an hour is not a reasonable time to write a 2000 word essay in.

I'm sitting mid year exams for second year uni. I had an exam on Wednesday for anatomy and one on Friday for animal science and I think (I hope) they went well. Now I have two more to go, genetics on Tuesday and Physiology on Thursday and then I will be free! I'm worried because the first two went alright and they can't all be that good.

I hope everything goes well for everyone!

I have my state exams (Regents) this coming week, and the week to follow. I have History up first, and I'm confidant that I'll pass with a nice grade. I'm shooting for a perfect score, but my teacher keeps telling me that it's extremely difficult, even for AP students (even though I'm not in AP this year, but will be going next year). I'm not overly confidant, but I don't think it will be super hard for me, at least compared to other kids. I think I'll do well on my Spanish one too, being I've been getting 90's on my practice regents. And Biology, I'll probably get a good grade as well.

The only one I'm a bit worried for is math. I keep forgetting how to do certain formulas, and I'm probably going to end up making flash cards for the bus ride in. I don't have a terribly strong feeling that I'll fail it, but I am nervous for getting a really shit grade. And GOD am I hoping the proof won't be monstrous... Which reminds me that I should ask my teacher how to go over those proofs where you go backwards...

Oh, and I took my English exam already. I think I did fine on it. On to 11AP I go. :P

I've completed 1 out of my 4 uni exams for the first trimester. It wasn't too bad, except I wasn't sure I was going to finish it, ended up writing 11 pages, and I'm not sure how it was...

But I have accounting and FCOM on tuesday, which I'm kind of freaking about.

wow.  it's been--cough--fifteen years since i've lived through exam week.

remember:

don't forget a #2 pencil.

if you keep hydrated and take vitamins, it can take almost two weeks for you to actually starve to death.

I have my first exam on Tuesday, in Integrated Systems Physiology, which happens to be the subject I failed the most in last year. However, this year I'm actually passing so far, yayyyy. Calculated that I don't actually have to pass the exam to pass the course so I'm feeling good about that, but I'm still going to do my best. Have another exam on Wednesday, which I think I'll be fine with.
What I'm worried about is my exam on the 21st. It's a horrible subject and I have to pass it because it's a prerequisite for next semester and I hate it so incredibly much, my brain doesn't like it, I certainly don't like it, and I'm scared :(

I sympathise with all you guys!

Although, I don't have any more formal exams (PhD thesis defence in 3 years not counting), in about two months (when I get to Brisbane and to my new university), I'm going to get hauled over the coals to find out exactly what I know. As a result, I'm studying like a madman...

i'm in my second year BA Graphic design, i've been studying for three weeks already.

i defended my end project, had an exam in arts history, arts philosophy, communication theory, creative techniques, and psychology & perception.
arts history, philosophy and creative techniques went well. i'm not sure about communication theory and psychology & perception went fabulous.

on tuesday i have to take "History & topicality (not sure about this word) of graphic design", wednesday i have my typography exam, thursday i have to defend my "Personal Topicality Studies" (still not sure about the word topicality, ha) and on friday i have my last exam "image analysis".

i'm kind of sick of studying...

Good old English A2s for me (the ones that get you into uni), starting tomorrow  >:(

Because most of my courses are in modules I've practically got the grades I need on the modules I've already done without even taking these ones, but I'm still really worried about them, I have no idea why :-\

Good luck to all you guys! O0

Oh my God! Look at the stress on this board - only a day-old thread and already there's this much wigging out. I'm very proud xD

I have converted my front room into a revision lair. I've moved the kettle, teabags, mug, spoon and a bowl for old teabags in there, and filled the kettle up to full. Every time I empty it, which is about 7 cups btw, I have a break. I also have mini-breaks when there's an awesome battle on whichever Lord of the Rings movie I'm watching at the time xD Although I got to 3am today and failed completely to go back to the revision after Helm's Deep - I was way too excited xD

It's working well, actually, I think because it's exactly how my brain works - in huge stretches with tiny flickers of attention, mostly late at night xD I only wish we could choose what time of day to sit our exams, it'd be midnight every time for me xD

Good luck to everyone!

Helms Deep was filmed at a quarry about 5 minutes from where I live :D

Anyway, Accounting is first up tomorrow and I should be studying, but here I am! I hate accounting soooooooooooooo much, but I only have to get like 20% on the exam to pass the course, and then NEVER HAVE TO DO ACCOUNTING EVER EVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
