^Yeah, I meant that they now indicate if it's not animal-ey. I think there's a decent gummi bear brand out there that makes them with seaweed.

Cows aren't cute. Really, when faced with day upon day of these walking poo factories, there's little cuteness left, but plenty of tastiness.
bunnies are very cute, but plenty tasty as well.  if they were as big as a cow, the world would be coated in poo.  also as cute as they are, and intelligent and trainable as some breeds also are, bunnies are in general both retarded and aggressive.

the bottom line for me is, if we aren't supposed to eat animals, then they should not be made out of food.

I've thought about being a vegetarian, or a vegan, but I don't know how to do it exactly. Like, where do I get my other proteins and nutrients besides eating buckets of seeds and beans? I really do not want to have to take those supplement pills.

Getting enough protein isn’t really a problem
Protein is in a load of vegetables, grains and fake-meat products.

Beans (the soybean in particular) get all the attention because there is a comparable amount of protein in it to meat.

Protein's in cheese and soy and whey and beans and nuts and yeah. The only thing you'd ever have to take would be iron, if you were a vegan. Beans have a lot of it though.

That sounds like it would be awful.

One word:

CHILI   O0

...but yeah, some creativity can be required if you don't particularly care for
beans, or if you're one of those people whose body doesn't react well to soy...

I'm not allergic to any foods, thank god, cuz this bitch likes to EAT. And I looooove Chili! Can you make me some, Cee? We all know you can cook.

My friend is vegetarian, I think she's vegan, but anyway she told me, 'Sean, it's so easy to be a vegetarian because vegetables are cheaper than meat and to make up for the loss shit you find in meat, you just eat seeds, legumes, and beans.' I'm like, 'Yo, I believe you.' And she lives on her own and is a student paying for her own education. She's my age so if she can be a vegetarian while paying for all that other stuff, I'm sure it ain't that hard on the pockets. And everything in Canada is expensive.

My chili recipe starts:

Sear 2 pounds of ground or finely-chopped beef.....

The finished product is quite tasty (and spicy-hot, or not, depending on whom I plan to serve) but not vegetarian-suitable.

Okay, here's the deal, if I randomly see you on the street I'm going to ask you, politely, if you can invite into your home so you can cook me chili and other sorts of Southern food. Okay?

I dunno about "randomly" but if you find yourself in the neighbourhood,
give me a call and I'll see if I can work you into the meals-schedule...

(andohbytheway....  Would the curried chicken, potatoes and rutabegas/swedes I made tonight count as Southern?)

Charlie, if I ever get to the States, you are totally feeding me up before a night of drunken shennanigans.
