Here's a "fashion-hopefully". I made these last night. The idea's been on the backburner for months now. Those are handcuff keys made appropriately into cufflinks.

The best part I think might be the ever so subtle bondage insinuation among anyone who recognizes the keys as belonging to handcuffs.

Does anyone know of any DIY men's fashion communities anywhere online? I'm having trouble finding anything worthwhile, if such a thing exists at all.

Well you can always try Instructables.com or Threadbangers.com

And also, I love your cufflinks. I saw them on your Tumblr and I guess I forgot until now.

Oh, thanks. Threadbanger looks promising. I just need to remember to take "before" pictures form now on.

Yeah... instructables is more than just fashion, it's also cooking, mechanics, and all sorts of "weekend" projects. I've never built anything from the website because all the things I find majorly amazing are almost always the technical/mechanical things that require tools that I do not know how to use. There was this "Bike Around Google Earth" project where you set up your bike into one of those stationary things so that you can ride it indoors during the winter, and then you hook it up to your computer so that you can pedal around Google Earth which I thought was fucking amazing, but then came the tools and the instructions and I was like, 'Yo, stop right there, I don't know the difference between the red wire and the green wire.' Yep. Anyway. I digress.

Back to topic.

Nooo, don't shop there. They're evil.
I bought a t-shirt there once and there were tiny holes in it so I returned it and they just put it pack in the shop.

noooo :'( meanies.
i don't usually like their quality (sort of h&m-ish), but i kinda dig the style of some things, so i bought the pants cause i just loooooved the buttons!
but i hate that their sizing is completely off. i have now shed down to an italian size 42 or 44, depending on brands, but here i had to buy a 46! boo.

I bought a pair of shorts online yesterday, and I wanted to show them off to y'all. They're apparently made of recycled army dress trousers xD

I am going to look so. freaking. cool.
