Yeah, i'm kinda stuck too. I've sent an e-mail to both team chaos and sean, and i still haven't heard anything back as to the whereabouts of my bundle. Wasn't there going to be an e-mail sent out to those who are still waiting?

Emails will be going out later this week that should answer most, if not all, of your questions. most red orders were filled successfully but we did run into a few glitches in the system. we want to make sure that we have concrete answers for you rather than guessing.

To those of you who are waiting on packages or email responses: I am so sorry for the delay. We're still working out the bugs but with each project we're getting closer to the well-oiled machine we know this can be. Those of you still waiting on red vinyls, the email you'll receive will give you the option of a refund if you'd prefer not to wait. If you are okay with waiting, we'll include an extra thank you for your patience in your package.

You are receiving this email because there was an oversight in the red #UkuleleHead shipping process and your order was not shipped with the rest of the batch.  We are so sorry for this delay and any inconvenience that it may have caused.  We are currently compiling a list of all the orders that were affected (luckily it's only a small percentage of the total orders) and will ship the remaining orders when we send out the orange vinyls in late October. 

As a thank you for your patience, we'll be including a little something extra in your package, or you can take this opportunity to let us know if you'd like your vinyl to be signed and we'll make it happen.
If you'd prefer not to wait and would like to cancel your order, just let us know and we'll refund your payment.  If your order was a gift and you need it sooner, please let us know ASAP and we'll do the best that we can to get it out to you immediately.

I've had an e-mail from Team Chaos, basically saying that it was shipped early Sept and, because of international shipping, could take up to several weeks. So, back to being patient...

The last email that I received was In July:

Can you please give me more information as to what operating system you were using (Windows Vista/Mac OSX Snow Leopard/Linux/whatever), what browser (Safari, Firefox, IE, etc), what type of computer, etc?


Additionally, if you could please tell me your IP -- I think a site like "whatismyip.com" might be able to get that to you easily -- and EXACTLY what package/packages you tried for, maybe that will help me see what happened.


Did you try and order anything else? Just the shirt, perhaps? I find it strange everyone else got through just fine but if there's a problem I want to make sure and find a way to make it up to you.

Sadness    Still no email here.  I purchased the (red) vinyl t-shirt package the first day it went on sale.  I logged on at the first sale minute, and it took me approximately an hour to actually get through and place my order.  I paid a little more than the purchase price (not a ton more, but I'm super broke and on disability, means yes to red vinyl, but also yes to less food that week).  Also, on the first day that here on The Shadowbox, Sean announced he could get some Coilhouse mags, I purchased one and sent him $25 immediately for the magazine and his effort in getting it.  Supposed to be in the red vinyl package.  Sent Paypal transaction numbers on both purchases, but still haven't heard from anyone.  I'm incredibly bummed about this  :'( 

It's nice to hear, via another poster, that he got an email and that he'll be getting his red package at the end of October, and also that the vinyl can be signed by Amanda.  I'd love to hear that, something with a concrete answer and a concrete date (not a yeah, well, maybe).  A personalized, signed vinyl from Amanda would be awesome, and certainly worth waiting for if I could actually find out that's the case. Totally not trying to be a bitch about it, but jeez, I think y'all would feel the same way if in my shoes.

I'm a patient person, but I definitely need some actual communication about both the vinyl package and the Coilhouse purchase.  I know that you guys are probably pretty overwhelmed with stuff, but please, at least let us know something.  I am, as I'm sure we are all here on The Shadowbox, very loyal and supportive Amanda fans.  Recently, purchased EvelynEvelyn concert tickets for the first LA show, also the day they went on sale.  Have downloaded a myriad of stuff from her site.  Read Twitter and blogs daily.  I'm driving 7 hours from Southern California to San Francisco just to see the DD New Year's Eve show, and bringing four other people with me (some newbies to AFP).  I regularly post on both Facebook and Twitter about her new releases and all the awesome stuff going on.

So, please guys?

Amarantha - I'm still working on the bottom line of your order, I think your particular package was delayed because it was set aside to include the copy of Coilhouse, but don't worry, we haven't forgotten about you and you'll get everything you ordered.
