Today marks a year since I paid, 6 months since I was told I'd get a refund for the product I didn't receive, from a team who stopped responding to my emails.

So christmas is here, but my record still isn't.

Is anyone even looking at this anymore? I don't know what else to do. I still haven't even heard the songs because when I ordered it I decided I would wait to hear it on vinyl first. This is so disappointing.
