I got a very nice email last night about the red vinyl bundle. It sounds like they will be shipping any day now.

I am starting to worry a lot.
Still no emails to me.

The e-mails were sent to the e-mail associated with your PayPal account; we've been trying to be as diligent as possible in getting to absolutely everyone who is still waiting on anything from the Ukulelehead preorder so as not to make any of you worry any more than you already have.

SaraMargaret is right-- the remaining red vinyls and the all of the orange vinyls are being shipped SOON!

I'm happy the red vinyls are being shipped soon, too.  But, I've heard that before.

Sent teamchaos an email, even sent them a "waiting" haiku.  No response, again, still.  So incredibly frustrating.  I also purchased the signed Tristan cd, but am wondering if it will the same thing as the red vinyl.  Want stuff from Post War Trade, but am gun shy.  Oh well, hopefully "soon", this time, really, means soon.

Same here my PayPal email matches my main email address.
I emailed Sean@amadapalmer.net including my 2 PayPal receipts on the bottom of the message.
A simple confirmation that I am getting the Red vinyl is enough to make me stop wondering.

i ordered a vinyl bundle via bandcamp and i haven't heard anything since you took my money. i did get the download link, but that was it. never have i received an answer to any of the emails i sent. i am disappointed and frankly, at this point, majorly pissed off. i signed up for this, hoping to get some answers. where is my order? as i have a confirmation email, i suppose you did get my order on nov 23/4... so, where is it? when do i get it? why why why can't you answer my emails?

i would really appreciate feedback from the afp team.

i did order an orange vinyl bundle - i think. at that time it said you had like seventeen left, now - funny enough - it's about a hundred... but i am still pretty sure it was orange... . anyway, sean emailed me with my bandcamp order details and i already confirmed that both items and address are correct. but many thanks for answering.

late next week then means i will do santa again in about two or three weeks...

Seriously I dont know what to do or who to contact to get an answer about my red UkuleleHead that was never showed up.

I haven't received any emails regarding my orange vinyl.  Has it shipped?  If it hasn't, I would like to cancel. Frankly, after the wait I no longer care if I have the vinyl, and will probably stick to mp3s from now on.

I'm posting this here because I'm not getting any help through email anymore. I didn't even order the vinyl, I ordered a shirt and, frankly, months of waiting is ridiculous for a shirt and I don't even want it anymore. I sent my first email asking to be refunded at the beginning of November to teamchaos@amandapalmer.net and got a response that it wouldn't be a problem. But, a month and a half later, I still haven't been refunded and I think that's plenty of time to issue one. I've sent two other emails since then. The second one was a response to the latest red vinyl update that went out a couple weeks ago so it was to the merch@amandapalmer.net address instead. No responses at all to either of them. I've been very patient about this and would really like to be able to stop worrying about it all. So if someone could give me a new address to email, give me some sort of ETA on when the refund will be happening, etc. I would very much appreciate it.

I won my prize package in a magnet caption contest. Team Chaos sent me a email saying they will ship my package after they've shipped the orange vinyls. I hope they haven't forgot about that!
