interesting thing i need to point out which sort of goes with my response to number three but i don't feel like editing:

I am now an avid Neutral Milk Hotel fan due to the dolls (covers of Two Headed Boy and Brian's Oh, Comely).  Interestingly enough, I have a random memory of some girl playing a cover of "In the Aeroplane Over the Sea" on the street a few years ago.  So strange that it just clicked, "I've heard this before..." and remembered that.

The Dolls introduced me to NMH too, and HUMANWINE.
it's a completely different end of the musical spectrum, and i love it.

1. Girl A or the jeep song or half jack, not quite sure

2. at first i thought it was just noise and really crap but after awhile of listening to it i got hooked on the way amanda and brian play off eachother

3. i would be into more hardcore music and or more australian rock...not quite sure

but i must say i am glad that i heard them
