The bleeding can't be avoided as there's also lots of bloodflow to the area. So there I was thinking... I need something to keep this potential blood off my clothes. If only there were some device that could be placed in the area in a way that it wouldn't move, would soak up blood, be readily and conveniently available, and be a clean environment.

Then I was thinking, what is the one thing that a guy wouldn't think of? Maxi-pads. Working like a champ. Let me say, for the record, what an terribly uncomfortable invention, but damn if it doesn't do exactly what it says it does.

the flattish mini pads are less like a pillow in your pants, but you will find do soak up an absolutely amazing amount of blood.  although i would imagine the fluffier ones might be like having your goods presented on a pillow all day long if you attach them right.  which might be kinda nice.

The folks at the shop last night (same place I got my tat; I love the whole crew) were a little shocked, but as soon as I mentioned the maxi-pad concept, conversation stopped until Russel, the owner, said, "That beats the hell out of gauze and a rubber glove."

well bleeding stopped halfway through the day yesterday. Urinating has been, well, let's say attention grabbing. First breaking myself of the habit of standing to pee. Second, a nice acidic burn on a fresh wound. Keeping myself mega hydrated has cut down on this, but it's still quite the oddball feeling. Third, having to pat the area dry afterward. Definitely not the turn off your brain activity it was just a short time ago.

Oh, and the first morning wood was... different. First, due to the aforementioned requirement to sit to pee, I ended up having to talk myself down as it were, so I could actually pee without making a royal mess.

Yesterday afternoon after getting off from work, I discovered that walking around my house naked the night prior may not have been the best choice. Blood everywhere. Fortunately, Blood wipes off hardwood floors easily.

I hope you all thoroughly enjoyed this little memo.

figured.  14 is usually as big as it gets in above-the-belt surface piercings, but when it comes to males, ten is usually the way to go, since thinner tends to migrate and split more easily.  female piercings go as small as eighteen with no problem at all, but it's sort of the 'innie-vs-outie' sort of thing here; women don't have to worry about weight or protruding.  so to speak.

well, right, anything that encourages it to split, and a tiny gauge will do that, even if it isn't tugged through for a slicing effect.  a large gauge will facilitate splitting, also, because of the constant weight pull.  and of course ripping when you jump out of a truck or something.

but if it heals up nicely, you will forever have a good place to keep your keys, if they has a clip.

I'm thinking of getting a little ring put in my bottom lip.  Not entirely sure but I was thinking about this since I was 15 so at least I know it's not a rushed decision

I've been the same way, but my dad doesn't want me to get it done. I still really want it, so probably will when I move out.
