I really gotta get rid of 4 tickets for this show that I can no longer use.  Can someone please take them off my hands?  I paid $40 a piece off ticketmaster but will sell for $30 a piece to persuade you  O0

has anyone gotten their pre-sale tickets for nyc yet, via UPS?

i got my boston and philly tickets, but not nyc yet!

i just got off the phone with baseline ticketing.  as a sidenote, if you choose to call them, DO NOT use the customer service number (303.544.5875) that they list on the online receipt they e-mail you; that number has been disconnected.  use this number instead and have your order # handy: 1.866.455.BAND

anyway, the girl on the phone gave me some story that baseline does not have the NY tickets yet, so they have not shipped them out to anyone.  i expressed some concern about how close the event is and the volumes of holiday mail making things slower, but she seems to think it will be fine.  she advised that if i have not received tickets 4 days prior to the event, i should give her a call.  so according to her, i guess i shouldn't freak out until december 27th, but i dunno...this really does just bother me.

as much as i curse ticketmaster for their service charges, i have never had problems getting tickets i order PROMPTLY...even when the event is MONTHS away.  this is the second time i have had issues with baseline.  and to add insult to injury, the orpheum tickets i was mailed are ticketmaster tickets!!!  i assume the nyc tickets will be the same...so what could the holdup really be??? 

i'll get off my soapbox now...i hope you found this info helpful...or at least know there's other people waiting too.   ;)

It's a fair assumption to make but, unfortunately, it is wrong. I placed one order a couple of years ago where I got three 2-day envelopes from UPS! Baseline must've lost $15-ish on me. In any event, it is their standard operating procedure. They print some tickets and wait for...whomever to give them other tickets. I don't know why NY is taking so long.
