I've never heard of him.

I tried to listen to one of his songs; it was so fucking lame that I couldn't even get to one of the offensive parts.

#@!

Same. I don't understand how people could listen to that crap.

I don't even know who this guy is, and he's already lost any respect I would have had.

Quote from:  his wiki page
Tyler has been criticized for his use of homophobic slurs, in particular, his frequent use of the epithet "faggot" in his lyrics and on Twitter.[12][13] He has denied accusations of homophobia, stating "I'm not homophobic. I just say 'faggot' and use 'gay' as an adjective to describe stupid shit,"[14][15] and "I'm not homophobic. I just think 'faggot' hits and hurts people."[16]

When I was at school, people only said words like “gay” and “faggot” when they were trying to suggest something about someone’s sexuality (implying that the sexuality was in itself bad).

Five years after leaving school, I started noticing people casually using the terms to describe things they didn’t like and “only” things they didn’t like (at least they claim that's what they're doing). They wouldn’t admit that this was essentially a veiled slur towards homosexuality or at least could be inferred as one. I’m not pleased that language is increasingly being detached from its primary attributes - especially when the issues around the traditional connotations are still abound... You can see why I hate postmodern-ishness.

Ps. I was going to say that "it sucks that this happens to language" but it would have been ironic. I'm mentioning it now because it's far more problematic when there are people that words are primarily attached to and if the words are applied with the same kind of derogatory slant.

He's a stupid kid. That's all there is to this. Seriously.
It just sucks that people actually listen to the stupid things he says.

This guy is a disgusting asshole. >:(

Jesus, he is just disgusting.
Reading some of the comments on the picture is a little strange. Somebody is saying that Tyler can't be a homophobe because his DJ is a lesbian. I really hate that attitude that somebody can't be a homophobe because they know some one gay or can't be a racist because they know somebody black, it's just ridiculous and not true.
There was a similar situation with 50 cent (I think, or some other Puff diddy G thang rapper that all sound the same to me*) where he insisted that he couldn't be homophobic because his mom was a lesbian.

*Not that there aren't difference, I'm sure they're all just great...if you're in to that kind of thing.

tyler needs his day job back; who is salting the fries while he draws dicks?

incidentally, i'd expect a somewhat better dick drawing from someone who calls himself 'the creator.'

A combination of both.

His music video "Yonkers" has over 10 million views on YouTube...

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XSbZidsgMfw

His new album debuted at #5 on the Billboard 200, he's been endorsed by Kanye West and approached by Jay-Z and P-Diddy for a record deal. His rap collective OFWGTKA are the new "big thing" in hip-hop and heavily covered/praised by Pitchfork.

Yet he's never been on the radio.
