Did people who have never been to a concert have less of a chance? Because I've never been but not because I didn't want to but because I can't afford to. I've actually never been to any concert ever (except some classical music concerts when I was little with my parents--I'm such a nerd I know).

I'm a grad student now and I just can't afford to go so I thought this might be the perfect opportunity for me to actually be able to see Amanda Palmer who I've loved and admired for years and years and years now. But I promise to buy merchandise if I get to go. Does that help?

Man I'm so bummed I didn't get chosen!  :'( Amanda is my idol. Maybe next time I guess right?

but I can't speak for the judges.

I bought a ticket for the Brooklyn show in case I didn't win this, so I'm going to that and am so excited for it!

Oh. I'm not very creative.  :'( Every course I did really poorly in, in college was an art class. Who knew you could actually do poorly at art right? But you can. One teacher actually said I was purposefully being disobedient. So not surprisingly I went into science LOL.
