I believe it was Kellie that made a great suggestion -- it's going to be too hard to string 100 unrelated old and new names together, so if I may request, for organization's sake:

if your new name or avatar doesn't obviously tip us all off as to who you used to be, please write your old username in the "personal text" section of your profile, right under your avatar, in whatever way you want.  Unless, of course, you don't want us to know who you are, in which case, don't.
