JSR SUCK BIG TIME!

I got a mail today saying that my order was sent back to them because of a non existent address.

Their shipping rates are soooooooooo expensive :S

It's been a long time since "Down Under" was released and I haven't had it ready to listen to it :'( I was really looking forward to it.

Yes I'm whining because this is a real big bummer :(

DM me your address, Yoshiki.  I'll send you one of my copies to listen to while JSR gets things figured out.

Ok so following things up with JSRDirect they told me I have to either pay the shipping rates again or get a refund of only 30 bucks instead of 45.34.

Those douchebags!

Btw Beth I sent you a pm :)

Wow, that is not okay. Can you please email me (hayley-at-amandapalmer.net) the messages you got from JSR including your original order receipt/confirmation, and confirm your mailing address with me? We'll make sure this is made right.

Ok, I have sent you an email with two chunks of emails. Please let me know of any other thing I can do to help.

Okay so I placed my PWT order back in March, and still haven't received it. I got a couple of emails at the time assuring me it would be fine, and then nothing. Then after Amanda retweeted me about not receiving it, Sean 'got on the case' and sent me a couple of emails in June/early July assuring me it was 'being sorted'. It's now nearly the end of August, I haven't heard from Sean since July 8th, and I also still have no order.

I'm torn between wanting to kick up a fuss so that someone will actually take notice and, god forbid, send my order, and also not wanting to create negative feeling because the last 4 orders I placed with PWT have all been fantastic. I'm trying hard to keep a positive attitude toward PWT, but after 6 months of no order, and multiple emails being ignored, it's getting tough.

After (still) receiving no word, I sent a tweet to Amanda asking for other points of contact, she replied straight away and now she's offered to just give me my shirts after the show on Friday night. It's nice to know Amanda cares about fans and is quick to sort problems out, even if it's not her job.

Hey guys & girls,

I'm hoping someone can help me track down an old missing order. I ordered one of the "downunder" merch packs back in January & never received it. I've emailed a few times since June trying to chase it up, and got a reply from Sean back in July saying he'd sort it out, but haven't heard anything since. If anyone can help it'd be greatly appreciated!

On the upside - I've ordered stuff through JSR recently and, while the postage to Australia was decidedly scary, the package arrived quickly and without fuss!
