Hullo.

So, I have been slightly in love with forums since about 1996. I'm all kinds of moved by afp's work so I thought I would toddle over here and see what you guys are like. I'm from London & I look after children for a living, which is spectacular fun and beats my previous career in DVD, but I'm not sure that's relevant or anything.

'Lo all, I'm Kae (cause fuck Kaelyn), and I'm one of those teenagers that you all just love to deal with. Honestly, I am a teenager. However, people don't deal with me. My talent in the arts is depressingly limited to being able to play Blackbird on the guitar and being an aspiring filmmaker. Not the melodramatic/penguin documentary/love story type. The boundary destroying zombie killin Ms. Feminist Bitch sort. May or may not have sociopathic tendencies. And cats. Mostly cats.

I think "Kaelyn" is pretty cool...  but that's just me.

Hey everyone! I don't think I did a proper introductory post, just kind of jumped in a while back then disappeared. I'm much more active on the twitter side of things (same SN). I'm Monica, or bluedance, whichever you prefer. As some of you might know I'm the organizer for the house party in PDX. Just thought I'd jump in and say hi, properly, instead of sideways, which is how I usually do it.

Hell*0 Fellow AFP <3ers:
My names Sarah "Snowflake" & I am a New York (upstate sadly) native & managed to escape to Florida. It was there that Amanda Fucking Palmer, Dresden Dolls, Evelyn Evelyn were thrust into my life & i was hooked on impact. :love5: I worked at Walmart as a Photographer....hated it, transfered to Cake Decorating & being an art fanatic fell in <3. :D Also i Figured out i enjoy modeling (if i can stop being an ass before the shot)& that helped wiyh $!
Then...Life got shitty :disgust: (as it usually does) & after becoming addicted to pain meds :buck2:, getting divorced (that wasnt so bad  ;D!!!!) & my mom getting breast cancer :'( (FUCK CANCER >:(), not to mention things that are too hard to put into words :angry5:, Amanda's voice, beauty, presence & lyrics were the glue that held me together & made me want to defeat my fucking addiction :knuppel2:. I checked myself into rehab & I am now 274 days squeaky clean & i owe a huge part of that to Amanda & her crew's music which is to die for & worth living for at the same time.  O0 :)
Thank you doesn't even touch the gratitude i feel & i am sure most everyone can say the same.

I am glad to be a part of this & look forward to getting you know you guys! TOODLES!!!
