Not specifically in terms of flyers to promote those shows.

The EE shows are approaching quite quickly and there isn't as much time (or need) to handbill for them right now. It wouldn't be a bad idea to pass around AFP Edinburgh Aug 25th flyers/handbills after the Evelyn gigs though, in fact that would be excellent to do.

The brigade are on hand during the day in Edinburgh at the weekend to promote the last few seats
(if the Neville sisters can give them some flyers?)
failing that I'll do some lesser quality photocopy paper copies

My best friend and I were yesterday flyering in Edinburgh in our Evelyn Evelyn costume, by request of AFP
It was really fun, but we ran out of flyers quite soon, so if I'm able to pick up more tomorrow after the EE show, we'll do it again before the HMV Picture House gig.
I only have one picture, made at the end of the evening when we were handing flyers for The Spaces Between. Once you start flyering you can't stop!

We had a lot of fun Brigading the E.E queues at the weekend, many thanks to the Baroness von Harper for
lugging her harp through Eedinburgh each night and for the talented juggling by Jayne Faye and David Talbot.
And to the many victims vounteers who signed their souls services over to the travelling Punk Cabaret sideshow.

In other news...
The Ringmaster successfully obtained the contract and souls of the Neville Sisters on Saturday Night.
One Evelyn signed and the other 'more facially hairy' Evelyn was the witness.

They were mostly interested/asking for more details on the show/support acts etc. Some said "holy fuck Amanda Palmer is here???" Clearly the Evelyn Evelyn disguise works  -
I think the flyering will help spread the news of the single AFP show more.

Outside the E.E shows they were very receptive to the brigading and I managed to get them to mass cheer for punk cabaret and The Neville sisters before they went in. Great crowds - everyone was ready to have fun.
Anyone who went to the show left with a flyer for the 25th AFP show also (with updated 7pm time )

Well, thank you!! But all the merit on the dress goes to my mother, I sketched it, but she sewed it
We gave around 100 flyers and there were some people who recognized the dress and thought we were the real Evelyn Evelyn (more than I expected!!) but then were a bit disappointed when they discover the truth Some other people knew who AFP is, but didn't know she's playing HMV.
There were out there some Neil Gaiman fans who promised to go and see what is his wife up to, and tempted by the idea of seeing him in the show as well.
I got another bunch of flyers last sunday after the EE show and changed the time from 9pm to 7pm, but I'm not sure if my other half will be available to go flyering. If she's not I'll do it on my own probably tomorrow, but that won't get so much attention I'm afraid...

so since the show used to say it would start at 9 and finnish at 11:30, does that mean it will now finnish at 9:30?

I think sean has updated the flyers with times but I know for a fact they have a curfew on the 25th edin show
