I recall them recently being renewed for 3 more seasons, but god I hope you're right.

first, i'd buy a house/apartment for me and my gf (but not spending TOO much, i mean, a normal house) because the long distance relationship thing sucks...
then i'd open an artsy second hand book shop with a small cafè where i would cook select meals and sweets...
and we would go on holiday very often.

I've wanted my own tea house for a long time, and I'd also love to sell chunks of cheese and bread, because seriously, some days I just want a chunk of cheese.

What would probably actually happen is that it would fund my education, I would buy drinks for people constantly, I'd either just visit or move to Iceland. I'd also pick up a dozen more hobbies, things that take lessons.
And probably get my purple El Camino with the unicorn on it.
And get a bitchin' house somewhere amazing.
