News of the Weird
« on: August 30, 2011, 12:29:28 AM »

How can we call ourselves a real forum if we don't have a topic for wacky/gross/odd news?

Post them here and we can all enjoy the wackiness/grossness/oddness together.  angel

The moral of this story is that you should always know what you are allergic to (and you probably shouldn't have sex with dogs either)

Well, nonpathological idiocy is an unexcusable misdemeanor.

facebook is like the worst book I've ever read. the characters do not evolve one bit and the plot is going nowhere.

the funniest thing is that she has four kids.  imagine having to explain to them how their mom died.

This has been happening for years now. Random feet, still wearing a sneaker, wash up on a Canadian beach.

‎"A 16-year-old boy died after masturbating 42 times without stopping in Rubiato town, in Goiás region, Brazil."

Taken from facebook so sadly I don't have an article. So, source needed people.

This has been explained, at least to an extent....

Say a person is fishing, boating, hiking, whatever....  and falls in the water and drowns....

The body floats, then sinks, then generally bloats, refloats, then sinks again.
Slowly it begins to decompose, and when it has sufficiently disintegrated, any buoyant accessories
(like, say, athletic shoes or sandals with foam-nased soles) float away, and they're carried (foot and
all) by the ocean current until they wash up somewhere.
