What happens if you text your parents pretending to be a drug dealer?
Holy fuck I loved that. Thank you. Parents are amazing.

You're welcome :D This is my favourite part:

-Dad leave me alone, i didn't mean to text you.
+I didn't mean to have you!

facebook is like the worst book I've ever read. the characters do not evolve one bit and the plot is going nowhere.

At first I thought people would msg them as a complete stranger, trying to sell their kids some drugs. That would be funnier, imo. Anyway, some of them sounded fake. Specially because there are sites that allow you to build iphone chats.

but I liked how some parents were like "hey, you! im not dumb for fucking sake!".

My favourite is:
-Never mind it was nothing.
-Ok.

Sounds like my mom. :)

As I understand it (which is not very well), a .22 caliber rifle is the sort of gun you learn how to shoot on. Did he really have to start learning when he was 11? More to the point, couldn't they have stored it somewhere he couldn't access it except for when they were teaching him?

.22 is really effective on a short range if you know how to fire a gun. And is kinda difficult to keep something inaccessible from a 14 year old.

Yes I am. And no, this not strange, since Ive seem you there before (if I recall, I asked you the same thing - but the other way around).

Ive seem someone there posting this Huffington Post link and I commented almost the same thing I did here. These pictures were circulating on my Facebook for awhile, because I have friends living in Viçosa and they shared it pretty fast.  I never thought it would caught Huffington Post's attention

The issue is that parents aren't establishing a parent relationship early on. Everybody tries to be thier kids' best friend, or buddy. To this I say, fuck that. The parent/child relationship is supposed to be one of Benevolent Tyrant/Serf. If the child does what he is supposed to do, then there is no problem, but the moment something gets slightly out of kilter, the Parent is supposed to come down on the Child like a ton of bricks. This allows children to learn about the cause/effect and choices/consequences relationship early on.
