Also do they make you look fatter or thinner.

Honestly, I have no interest in getting them myself ... I was just curious.

no to all. but bleaching all over can damage your hair.

its only painful if something goes wrong eg. a reaction to the dye

It only hurts if its bleach and it gets on your skin and is left there for a long ammount of time. Um the whole making you look fat thing...wtf.
