All I got from that was "Boehner" which, if it's pronounced like I think it is, is hilarious.

Yessir. The White house had threatened a veto due to what they called "ambiguous language". Well it turns out the "ambiguous language" required putting in a line that clearly states that this law applies to all US citizens, as well as foreign nationals.

This is how our Republic dies; with a whimper. While you all have been Occupying wherever, nobody paid attention to what Washington was doing.

and, no it wasn't partisan. It passed in the senate 93-7.

so essentially if one were to be accused of being a "terrorist" (whatever that may actually be including owning the q'uran or writing something nasty about the government on twitter) be you U.S. citizen or foreign national.....they can simply bundle you into a miltary van and make you dissapear..no trials, no lawyers, no right of appeal?
