I like Valentines day. As mentioned before, I show my closest friends and family a little more that I love them. For me, it's never really been a day for just lovers, since I'm always single :P

My mom is the sweetest. She gave a card with such a lovely text in it, a small box of chocolate and a cute little cuddly doggy (no not a real one :P) with a "I love you" tag. And it's like... awwww, so sweet :)

I got... nothing! But I'm TOTALLY gonna go buy a Lion Bar later today, AND we got some caramel snack-a-jacks, so I'm having a blast. I love Valentine's Day!

The original plan was to buy a box of chocolates or two, go take a streetcar along some crowded street, say Spadina, and eat them while watching lovers love each other. Instead of eating infront of a t.v. broadcasting a hollywood film about 2 star crossed lovers, boo. But not tonight.

I got a card from my mom that said "I love you a hole punch" with, obviously, a hole puncher on the front.  :D

I'm baking jam and butter cookies, and we're going out to eat soon. <3

I probably am going to keep saying this, because it keeps being cute  (^_^!), but the three little demon spawn gave me loads of candies...and pencils.  I got pencils.  xD

It probably says something about our characters... You get pencils, and I get erasers... (Except I didn't get any this year, 'cos I'm not babysitting anyone up here in the northerlies)
