5 Song demo EP Cover

I was going through my iTunes library and noticed that I didn't have artwork for the 5 Song Demo. I only have Colorblind and Girl Anachronism from it, but I would still like to have artwork for it.

This brings me to my question...

Were there two covers? Because the general search on the internet brings up this cover....



But in the Companion there is a different cover. Amanda and Brian with "THE DRESDEN DOLLS" plastered in front of them and then other random things  in behind them.

So, which one is the official cover or were there two of them?

this is what i use.

i cant remember where i found it, but i know i had to screencap a page, then cut it in photoshop. whatever :P

So now there's three covers. xD

Oh well. Maybe they were just different pressings? I wonder if we could attract Amanda to find out for sure. lol
