We've gotten the promo in at work, and I took it home today. I think I still might buy it when it comes out on the 20th, though.

But it's super good!

There's songs we all would've liked to have seen on No that didn't make it, but I'm still counting the days.

I'm especially pumped for Boston. When I saw them at the Orpheum (in Boston), they finished their main set with that song, and I hadn't heard it before. It was absolutely stellar.

Then, of course, they covered "Sweet Dreams" for the encore, which was as surprising as unexpected. I'm just saying it was cool to hear Boston in Boston, and I'm looking forward to a studio cut.

I'm generally excited for it, 'though I would've liked to see Glass Slipper. To be eternally optimistic, this is one more album than we could've predicted getting.

i think there's a problem with the player, or the way the file was uploaded.  it's the same version, just significantly slower - you'll notice that amanda can't sing that low (and it doesn't even sound like her...more like a bad drag queen!).

It sounds awful. They dropped the pitch of her voice, or something.

Yes, we've established that it was a glitch.

I don't hear a difference. Hmm, oh well. Mind you, Amanda's a contralto, she can sing as low as Mariah Carey.  :headbang:
