Do you mean the one where Amanda starts playing "Ne me quitte pas", and then changes her mind and plays trout heart replica? I have two recordings of that show (it's at Le Divan du Monde, in Paris), both are of pretty good quality. I also have the first recording, the quality of that one is not as good as the Paris recordings...

I saw her play with her new band Monday night. Recording was definitely not allowed but you'll get that old fashioned experience of hearing them for the first time when the album drops. 

The new songs are different, mostly because they are with a full band but brilliant. For all the uke haters - there is not a ukulele song in the bunch.

...though for what it's worth, after hearing some of the new songs, i've come to the conclusion that the ukulele was not completely at fault for why i have not been enjoying amanda's new music.

and i really do think dear old house deserves a proper release. gaga palmer madonna too, even.

They need a little EP all to themselves. They don't really fit in with the songs I heard the other night. It would be nice to have some proper recordings of them though.

Mass Ave., Wallet, Given It Away, All The People You Will Never Be and Bed Song are most likely going on the new album.  I think that Don't Call Me Fucking Gaiman and Judy Blume have a good chance as well being new and all. i dunno what else, she did tweet saying that all of the new songs are written in G, but i cant really think what other songs are...

dear old house won't be on the record, it is on the evening with recording with neil that she is releasing.

is the "dear old house" that is being released (not on her new CD) a live recording or a studio recording?

also, are there any old songs (that maybe were recorded for WKAP) that have a chance of being on? still waiting to hear rhyme and rhythm finally 

finally, how are the new songs? better/deeper/more emotional than the previous releases?

i hope this album will be ALL studio recordings :/
