As you presumably read in Amanda's exciting new blog (with info on the NEW BAND and NEW ALBUM), Melbourne's going to get a lot of extra attention this month and next. From the blog: "we thought about making the record in a few other cities (mostly in the states), but i decided, hell….i’m already over here from the dolls tour, and there’s a ton of resources here for the band. the band is meeting up in melbourne in two weeks. we’re going to REHEARSE OUR ASSES OFF, then play run of small shows to get the songs perfect perfect perfect in front of a crowd before putting them down on tape. thus, our UPCOMING MELBOURNE RESIDENCY at the NORTHCOTE SOCIAL CLUB!"

Thanks to Harry, got the printed posters today. This will be the first set I've posted up. Going to Brunswick St., Smith St. and even Sydney Rd to put up the rest tomorrow and sometime this week.

Dangerfield (Flinders St.)

Polyester Records (Flinders Lane)

Blasphemy (Elizabeth St.)

Smoke Dreams (Flinders St.)

The Games Shop (Bourke St.)

Dangerfield (Melbourne Central) Note: For some reason, they were a bit funny about the poster, so they said put it next to the flyers

Off Ya Tree (Swanston St.)

Missing Link Records/Collector's Corner (Bourke St.)

Thousand Pound Bend Cafe (Little Lonsdale St.)

More to come...  O0

Posted up a few more posters yesterday  ;D

Victorian Gothic Shop (Brunswick St.)

Dangerfield (Brunswick St.)

PBS FM Studios (Easey St, off Smith St.)

Fun fact: As I walked in, The Bedroom Philosopher's 'Northcote (YouTube Comments)' was playing and I thought of 'Hipster' Palmer :D

Need to photocopy some more, but doing pretty well so far :)
