What an amazing opportunity... I'd say you're most definitely destined for great things. What lens(es) did you use? Natural or artificial light?
I have a Canon 40D.
I used this lens.http://www.amazon.com/Canon-28-105mm-3-5-4-5-Standard-Cameras/dp/B00004YZQ8
It's not my favorite, however it's my most convenient for that shoot in particular. Normally, I would've gravitated towards my 85mm f/1.8, but due to the closeness to the subject for most of it, the wide was needed. The lighting was my new pretty flash. It's a Sunpak Auto 383 I believe, bounced off the ceiling in most cases.
For the film shots, I used a Canon AE-1 with the 50mm f/1.4 lens, which I think comes standard with it. I don't know- it was just in my mom's old kit.
Lighting for this was natural from Brian's window.
