It just might; he's not the only member of Alaska's congressional delegation in trouble.

Allowing that the Dems are being VEEERRRRYYYY optimistic when they say it, the claim is that they
could actaully pick up NINE Senate seats this year.  Here in VA, John Warner (as close to a "Good
Republican" as ever was)
is retiring, and Mark Warner (Dem, former Governor, and no relation to John)
is considered pretty much unbeatable come November to fill the seat.
