your op art uses far less network bandwidth then my image/text scroll
both consume a lot of local computes on the computer the browser runs on
most modern browsers should do this marquee scroll
text-only browsers, and voice browsers that the blind use probably don't scroll it
here on the box, it's done with the html <marquee> tag, which is more fun to play with then the
bbc [move] tag - javascript and gifs are others ways to do it
