I have to say that I'm very proud it being a finnish film! Most finnish films are good but don't translate well to export markets. I might recommend Rare Exports as a Christmas film :)

I may or may not have obtained it by questionable means. We tried to pay for it but we just couldn't find it on anywhere and we've waited ages. I figure I'll make up for it by buying it when it's available on DVD here.

According to the website, it opened there on May 10.  I doubt they scheduled it to run
as much as a whole month.  (The UK distributors were going to do a ONE DAY run in the
cinema, followed by a bare-bones home video release - The producers bitched so much
that they amended the plan, but it all sounds a bit shady...)
