Oh, that information age shit goes for the "what are you reading thread" too. If I want to read something, I'll wait until a scientist can beam it into my brain with a laser. A LASER, dammit.

Urp. Erm ... I don't watch TV, and I like that "what're you reading" thread. I'M DOOMED!!! Doomed to be an uncool, pinko commie bastard!! Ah well. At least I can say I'm watching the Shadowbox shift and change and work its magnificence?

It has been a while since I read the book, so I can't say completely how it differs.

I just watched this weeks episode of The Big Bang Theory (episode 21, don't read on if you haven't watched it yet and don't like spoilers)





I get just like Leonard when the subject of Buffy the Vampire Slayer comes up. He makes Penny watch it with him, because he thinks she'll like it and they'll finally have something to obsess over together. Then they watch what seems like one episode. First of all, I don't think that you can really love a series like Buffy after seeing just the first episode. You have to fall in love with it. I had to, at least. Second, when Penny suggests they'll watch the next one, Leonard says something about how she'll like it better, because this episode has cursed cheerleaders. This bothers me because it's actually the THIRD episode that's the one about the cheerleaders. I obsessed about this little detail so much that I missed the next scene completely and had to rewind.
