I think I lost more weight. I'm basing this on a shirt I wore yesterday which used to look quite lovely and while it was never fitted or tight, it still went where it should have. But when I was wearing it yesterday, it judt hung off me and didn't look very nice at all :(

almost my entire wardrobe is doing that now, and I don't have the $$$ to replace everything.  :(

#@!

Even if I did have the dollahs, I already wear the smallest size available in stores and smaller than in some. Soooo

Anybody willing to give a poor fat sack of intelligence some advice on losing weight?

For those of you more experienced in the field:

I'm 15 years of age
approx. 189 pounds in weight
six feet in height
and male.

I don't know... I'm just lookin' for some advice.

Cook your own meals.

Also, look into the Eat This, Not That books. They are great! Granted, I haven't used them in a while but they did help me loose lots of weight. THey even have a cook book. They've got some great food.

I haven't done that in a while, but I do know I can fit into the clothes that are next to the biggest kids clothes you can get here, which is about 12-13 years. I am 22, but if I wanted to get trousers or jeans, they are always too short, oddly.

hehe you must be taller than my friend...she usually buys the smallest clothes in the "juniors/teens" section and then wears shoes with huge soles and rolls up her pants and safety pins them on the inside (she doesnt sew)

haha! I'm about 5'2" so I'm pretty tiny. Maybe it's just the main store I get children's clothes from. There isn't really a teenage section as such here, there's like a children's section and they just go up to usually about 13 years.

boo to bad you dont have a juniors/teen section, that would be right in the middle and probably help

First gym day today. Haven't gone yet so I'm not going to claim I have, things happen who knows. But I'm totally excited to sweat and then shower.  :headbang:

Plus running in one place with florescent lights and pop music humming in the background is pretty much awesome.

My friend and I are going to go on P90X. We're both pretty skinny and fit, but not like jacked mother fuckers who can run a mile and not break a sweat. Although my friend, the one I'm doing P90X with, used to run a lot, and according to her she was jacked. But I see her now and she's still hot, but she thinks not. So I'm guessing she was super jacked cuz she looks totally fine to me. Anyway. I work at this restaurant where we make 20-something different poutines and I used to have one every shift I had which made me gain a lot of weight. But I stopped eating poutine for a week and a half and now all my shirts and pants fit me again. What the fuck? Is this normal? My friend, again, the one I'm doing P90X with, says that because poutine has a lot of sodium, the weight I put on was from that and it was mostly water. Sounds plausible.
