Alrighty so my first week on weight watchers is up and I lost a total of 3 pounds.
Not much but its a start for only one week :D

^That is definitely a good start. I know people who have done it and haven't lost anything till after their second or third week. So congrats for that!

The great thing is I have no once felt hungry and if I am hungry I just make a smarter choice apple sauce instead of ice cream or a lettuce wrapped turkey burger instead of a  giant bun thick burger.

i've started running, the only down side is i'm gaining muscle faster then losing chub so it ALMOST sometimes seems like i'm getting bigger, but it's not really that bad

Hehe thanks, but I know that. I'm very healthy; I never eat white bread, don't eat processed foods, and hate fatty milk (I esp hate potato chips, so fuck my doctor for constantly using them as an example of things I ought to cut back on). I've always been heavily overweight, despite the fact that I excercise regularly. I gain weight when I'm depressed because I skip meals. Hate my life.

could also be genetics, everyone on my dads side has always been overweight luckily my sister and i (at least for now) skipped that gene (well sorta, my moms side of the family are sticks till they're old/have babies, so we're right in the middle) so if other people in your family are that way it could be that or you may just have that body type...like there's one thats generally stick people, body builder, and people who're just always overweight , just keep your chin up!!!

wow i'm sorry that sounded horribly corny but i'm really tired right now haha
