I need to do stuff. I think all of the field hockey next year will help. Skipping two meals a day's not going to work. :/

What she said. The trick is to eat something at regular intervals, but not anything with
a bunch of easily bio-available calories (sugars, simple carbs, starch...)...

Hehe thanks, but I know that. I'm very healthy; I never eat white bread, don't eat processed foods, and hate fatty milk (I esp hate potato chips, so fuck my doctor for constantly using them as an example of things I ought to cut back on). I've always been heavily overweight, despite the fact that I excercise regularly. I gain weight when I'm depressed because I skip meals. Hate my life.
could also be genetics, everyone on my dads side has always been overweight luckily my sister and i (at least for now) skipped that gene (well sorta, my moms side of the family are sticks till they're old/have babies, so we're right in the middle) so if other people in your family are that way it could be that or you may just have that body type...like there's one thats generally stick people, body builder, and people who're just always overweight , just keep your chin up!!!
