I worked out daily when i was in Ireland and had access to my Brothers gym stuff.
since coming back and 9-5ing it at work/then house work, I find myself at 7pm with no desire to do any weights or exercise... it's bad tho :(

Im keepin my curves I just need to get in shape! Boobs suck some days, when I work out they are everywhere even with a sports bra. I guess thats what you get when youre a 38DDD shit too many D's. Working out this week seemed to get me out of the plateau though!!

So I lost another 3.8 pounds this week! Yay!
If anyone wants to lose weight I highly suggest weight watchers its working out amazingly. Plus I can eat whatever I want and im never hungry !

I considered weight watchers, mainly because when I see the weight watchers food packs in the shop, they look yummy!  Plus they're less calories/fat, plus I don't have to cook - I could just stick it in the microwave.  I might just sort of eat weight watchers food but not actually join.

Lol its much more than eating the food they make. I don't even eat the food they make! Its all about the points if you want me to get you a guideline or something message me I can tell you how to do it and get you your points calculated!
There is also a smart phone app to keep track of all your points!

Okay ya'll, I got question.

My mom says my belly is disgusting and not attractive but my boyfriend loves my belly and doesn't want me to loose it. Should I give into peer pressure and loose it like my mom says or should I keep it because my boyfriend likes it?

I don't hate my belly at all. I like it. It's perfectly shaped to my body and I like to eat. I don't care if I have a belly. I'll keep it if it doesn't disappear.

Love your body and love your belly! Most of all love yourself, sounds like mom doesn't like herself and shes trying to take it out on you. I had that issue growing up. Just know who you are and you'll do the right thing!
