Yes and they always say "have you lost some weight?" just because they think it would make you happy to hear.

I always answer "totally no" even if i did lose weight.

Yeah. I think people see me as putting myself down when I say I'm heavier than them. No, I'm being honest. Most of them are far more uncomfortable with their bodies than I am. And normally I'm trying to make a point so it's annoying for them to interrupt me with their scolding.

In other news, my friend taught me how to swim properly yesterday, and it was SO MUCH FUN and all my muscles hurt now, and my skin from the sun. But it was SO MUCH FUN!

I guess this crazy new way of eating is actually making me shrink a bit.
I just got my first "you look thinner!" from someone other than my mother.
Did cheat a bit on the weekend: baked potato and a few beers. But the chocolate cake didn't tempt me.  :headbang:

Meh I've hit a plateau the past couple weeks Ive only lost like .5 pounds.

uhmmm i'm a bit confused because though this summer i gained 1 or 2 pounds, my face looks much much slimmer...a bit too much honestly, you can see all my bones. also everyone is like ''OMG you lost so much weight!'' and i know it's not true, but it sounds like i'm those cheeky liars who want to hear how good and slim they look, know what i mean?
i guess -the thin face part- it's cause of me having been stressed and all...
but now, i'd like to get rid of the tummy and get a bit rounder on my face but i don't think it's possible...

muscle weighs more than fat. you can get slimmer while gaining weight.
