AFP SF/Bay Area House Party

I'm a little surprised that no one's started a topic for this, so I suppose I will. Are people interested in organizing a Bay Area house party?

I might have a location, but it's in Concord/Walnut Creek, so I'm not sure if that's too far out for people. We have a pretty big flat garden, piano, BBQ, etc, and we're about 10 minutes from a BART station, but we are still about 25 minutes east of Oakland/Berkeley.

Anyone have any ideas?
