I've got a row house in NE Philly with a deck and front yard and can host 50 people for an Amanda Palmer houseparty. We started a Facebook group already and have about 16 people so far. If we have people who are willing to commit between $100 and $200 each we can just split the cost.

We were able to get a house party spot 

and we still have some spots left for anyone in Philadelphia who would still like to be in on this. It's $200 and there will only be 25 people.

I haven't been on the 'box for a long time so hello to anyone still around who remembers me (think bubbles,  8 feet, and gummy octipi). Barb is my ex. I will going to the philly AFP house party and would love to see some of the folks from the DD days.
