I it's because of the weather & the heater you could have dry sinuses. Our doctor always says to use a humidifier & like a saline nasal spray.

I keep getting nosebleeds, maybe 3 to 5 a day for about a week. I'll be minding my own business then boom, blood is running down my face. I think it is the change in weather and that they've started putting heating on at work but it's still annoying.

I did that every year from age 16 to about 22...  I remember the reaction from my driver-ed
teacher - it started while he was reading instructions in class, and when he finished, I appeared
at his desk with blood down to my elbows....
"Coach Gray I probably ought to go to the nurse"
"OH MY GOD!"

this is the first year it has happened, however I have just moved house and also I'm in an office filled with powerful computers servers that can't seem to keep a stable temperature. My workmates first response to heat is to turn on the AC, I'm trying to train them to open a window instead. Dry sinuses sound likely, I'm gonna try and make a nasal spray, thanks!

Everyone I work with is giving grumpy/stressy vibes & my husband is having a shit time at work & it is stressing me the fuck out.

I have a family wedding to go to in like 2 weeks and the bride is teeny tiny and gorgeous (even tho she is like 3mths pregnant) & I have to find a dress & try not to feel like a whale aaaannnndddd  LLLIIIFFFFEEEE. UGH    sorry for the emo. done now.

Just went out for a meal at a Greek place I've not been to in a year or so. It's under new management and now its shit.

The food had next to no taste, the portions were absolutely tiny and the staff were bloody useless.

So I just spent some money that I shouldn't really even be spending on something absolutely bollocks.

Also my pint of coke was £3... which is an abominable price for a soft drink.[\rant]
