^ one of the cool things about living here in the Detroit area is that we have such a huge Middle Eastern population in the area. you're never more than 2 or 3 miles from good shawarma.   

today, my crush called me "A bro" and told me I remind him of his sister...so now I feel like crap.

On another note, Ive got again another rejection letter from a job recruitment. And together with the no replies Ive got [multiverse paradox engaged] sice November last, Im starting to consider getting the shitty jobs Ive seem - or just keep stuck in here and try getting english school jobs until I:

1. get a job in my field.
2. give up of working on my field.


If someone tells you IT is a wonderful field to be explored, this is a lie. It is a field to be explored, but you have to dedicate 24/7 to it - im serious. So far, it sounds like if you don't have a bunch of certificates in the field and all you do is study about the field, you won't get a job. I'm not talking about slacking or not improving your knowledge, I'm talking about getting alienated from everything else except your field.

L has been ill recently, he had an eye infection. He went to the doctor and got some antibiotics but they didn't work and now he's got impetigo. He was in Wales for three weeks and he came on the 22nd of January, came over here and got the eye infection the next day. So I haven't seen him for any real amount of time since then because of this. I saw his face today and it looks really painful and pretty bad. I just want him to be ok and for us to be able to spend time together again. It's my birthday next week and this is super selfish but I've booked a hotel in Edinburgh for us to stay the night and I'd really like it if he was better for that.

FFFFUUUUU--
Impetigo in your eyelids is actually the fucking worst. Is he taking proper medication for it? Due to allergies, I couldn't access medication for about a month, then it took a couple of weeks to clear up once I'd started on them. It might be quicker if he got antibiotics immediately, though. Good luck.

I feel like I should of been taking shots of liquor, but since I didn't I maybe just in possession of a stronger will than I thought.

He has it all over the right side of his face. He was taking medication for the eye infection and when he went back to his doctor's this morning, a different doctor saw him and tried to prescribe the same medicine. When he saw it wasn't working, he prescribed much stronger antibiotics to flush the infection out of his system and he has an appointment for two day's time so I hope they work at least enough that he'll be ok being in public. He wouldn't even show me for ages.
