^ That sucks, Sarry... I hate relying on others for transport, too... and public transport sucks and takes up too much time.

What ruined my day: nervous breakdown because of school related money problems. Luckily my moms came to the rescue with an emergency bank card. Now I can breathe again, as long as I don't think about everything I still have to pay for and finish and everything.

So tonight I will be relaxing, so I can start fresh again tomorrow.

I was meant to go out tonight with some friends to celebrate the last of us finishing our exams, but one had work and one said he didn't have the money, and then in the end the girl who's last exam it was said she was too tired because of studying last night. I'm not annoyed at them, but I am a bit annoyed at the situation. I've been in every night since Tuesday, which was a complete bust, so I'd really like to get out soon. We're rescheduling for next Tuesday instead, so that'll have to do.

Then on top of that I was going to go to Seamy's, but he won't top up his phone so all our communication is limited to Facebook messages which he gets on his phone, but he hardly checks them so it's ages between messages. And now it's 11pm and I can't be arsed walking the forty minutes to his house, so it's another night in. Again, not annoyed at him - just a little bored.

Today i decided to improve my parking & driving skills, but mum thought it's not safe to do it myself so she asked her friend to go with me.

I like my mums friend but her son is a 6 years old trouble, so when i saw him along with his mother i knew today would be hell. To my surprise, he was even more annoying and spoiled than his usual behaviour, which i assumed to be impossible.

He kept kicking my new seat covers (which costed me a fortune), yelling like a broken alarm and poking me on the shoulder while i was trying to keep my eyes on the road. And his mum was all like "aww he liked your car".

I'm really not okay with child battering, but whenever i see this kid he drives me insane and i start imagining myself beating the shit out of him. He's like a flesh and bones version of the Chucky from the Child's Play.

I know his mother is the one to blame, but deep inside, i also think that the kid has a really bad nature and is really hard to cope with.

That sucks, but now you know you can still drive even when someone is annoying the crap out of you! Which is a good thing :P

too bad you didn't use the opportunity to perfect your driver-seat-backhand technique.

Ohhh god, I remember having this exact situation late last year. Good luck with the doctors, better safe than sorry, and I wish you a speedy recovery :)

Yeah, given there are a bazillion jerks outside and behind the wheel, i need to learn how to control my anger  :)

She phoned me today to ask if i'd like to practice or not, and i told her i didn't want to. I'm still so mad and i don't want to offend her because of the kiddo.

I'm hoping (delusionally) that it will disappear by itself within the next two days so I'll be able to enjoy my birthday without being on medication. Not likely.
Also just hoping it's a UTI and not an STI

Mine only lasted a few days, so you've got a chance. Just drink lots of cranberry juice and water, and pee whenever you need to, don't try to hold it for longer than necessary.
Also best to make sure it's not an STI, but try not to panic too much before you get your results, as you're probably fine.

Most things seem to be pointing to UTI rather than STI, such as needing to pee frequently and the absence of any burning when peeing.
Apparently I'm also more prone to UTI's since I had nephrotic syndrome as a child

Er, aren't UTI's supposed to burn when you pee? What other symptoms do you have? :-\

Er, aren't UTI's supposed to burn when you pee? What other symptoms do you have? :-\

I'm getting a lot of conflicting info on whether they should or shouldn't burn
I just keep peeing and am having abdominal discomfort, so it'll be off to seek medical help when I can and hopefully it won't be too life disrupting
