My sister. She's amazing and she gave me her card details so I was able to buy food from Tesco cos I've been running a little low on everything. Except pasta obvs.
Also, I finally managed to make it to the dentist today which wasn't much of a day maker cos people rooting around in my mouth isn't much fun unless it's with their tongue but I've been meaning to do it for ages and now it's done!
I made it up for class, I remembered to give my friend a DVD I'd made her ages ago and I maybe made a new friend! I also asked an old friend I'd lost touch with (for very good reasons) for coffee and she said she would like it very much. I didn't expect her to even say yes but I am so over petty shit so I thought inviting her for coffee would be a good way to get over it.

I'm currently back in Nottingham (my hometown) for a couple of days. This is very cool as all my family live within a mile of each other so I've seen all of them.

Because I'm not gonna be able to get down here before Christmas we've had our traditional christmas dinner tonight... which is Steak, stir-fry & chips with christmas pudding for dessert. This has given me a warm feeling inside.

Also because I'm in Nottingham and not the rubbish shopping area of Blackpool I've actually been able to find things that I want. I'm now going to be making my train journey back loaded up with comics and Lush bath bombs which is a very awesome thing indeed.

I miss it so much sometimes, Page 45, the night life, the cool restaurants. Blackpool is missing these things.

aye, Sheffield is great but it doesn't have a page 45 or a pit and pendulum.

I wrote a new song! It took ten days, but it was worth it because it's awesome! It was inspired by a story Mali told in the Drunk thread.

I had an interview to join the Special Constabulary today. I was so nervous and we had to do three tests and a presentation which I thought I totally ballsed up (I may have but got to the next stage anyway); I got through to the interview stage and I passed that, which was the last stage! I'm so happy, I didn't think I was in with a shot. I almost didn't get up for it cos it was so early and I stupidly thought it a good idea to go drinking last night. But I'm so proud of myself!

My lovely housemate painted my nails :D I bite them and am a totally ungirly girl so I don't usually bother and am also incompetent at it, so it was a nice treat. Now they're all glittery gold and I love them.

She also took our bins out and had to deal with muchos grossness, so we're taking her for big thank you drinks tomorrow to make up for it. She's a trooper, she really is, and I think she deserves a night out on us.

I assembled this team for purposes of a League of Extraordinary Gentlemen thing, but in reading this thread it occurs to me they're all highly bangable. Yeah, even Spider Jerusalem.
