Today, I made my frist lesson plan for a practice class I have to teach. I sent it to our lecturer to get it corrected/see if it was okay. And he said the stucture and the content of the class was really good. So I don't really have to change anything, I only have to make a few adjustments of mistakes I made in the lesson plan regarding the objectives I formulated for the class.

Yay for getting things right from the first time, now I have time to do other stuff!
The trick with lesson plans isn't so much 'getting it right the first time' as it  is making sure
you're still getting it right the hundredth time, and not just repeating the same thing over
and over again (or burning yourself out trying to come up with a creative new way to teach each unit).

Good luck.   O0

My math teacher told us that we're going to be allowed to use a 3 by 5 inch notecard on the final. I've been silently panicking for the past week, and that's such a load off my mind. I don't have the indentities memorized as well as I would like, and now I won't need to!

Also, I got a new car yesterday and I parked it today without hitting anything (that's an amazing feat, for me, I usually break new cars in by running them into various posts or other cars). So I'm pretty happy and proud of myself.

Haha, I'm not actually planning on becoming a teacher this decade. I just want to have the degree, so that if I want to teach for whatever reason in a later life, I can do so, without having to do another course then.

(Typing it out like this, it seems as if I collect degrees)

This didn't make my today, as I am rather sad today, but I did get booked for not only next weekend but also december and someone will be at this next show of mine to book me in another city (about two hours away from here). SO that's pretty amazing.

Slight crush/friend and I went to an art exhibition and there was free wine and good art. Then we went and got noodles.
I totally have a fever now which is stupid, but the rest of the day was fun

^I have looked at them and decided against buying one (I do have a regular Kindle tho) but I was ridiculously happy to get one for free!

Sat in the sun at lunchtime today, reading my book and listening to an album that I haven't listened to in ages, while trying not to be distracted by this
