I finally got my pilot test up and running! And lots of people have responded. So far it's looking successful which means I can start testing soooooon! Also I was sure I wouldn't be eating today because I had run out of food and I don't get paid until tomorrow but my lovely boyfriend bought me food so everything was ok

I had to get something from the hardware store next to us today at work, and the cute boy with girlfriend was there. I know I can't touch, but it doesn't hurt to look once in a while.

I finally finished the paper that I had been struggling with/avoiding for days, and I wrote two paragraphs about Amanda in it. Now I get to sleep for a bit and then go to my first big serious job interview. (I've had job interviews before but they have all been informal or preliminary)

My day maker: I visited my mom and amongst her usual questions about school and work and so she asked completely out of blue: "And how is Nick Cave?"

Everyday I'm going to school and doing this course, I wonder why I'm doing this.

But today, I had the most fun at school since the beginning of the schoolyear. I think I had to cry from all the laughing about three times. I'm starting to really get along with the people in my class, I'm starting to feel comfortable enough to be myself, which is awesome. I actually never had that with everyone at my old school. Only with a couple of my classmates. I'm not saying I like everyone equally, but it's really good to know that I can be myself around 80% of my class group.

Also, they're starting te feel comfortable around me, too. One of the girls told me today that I remind her of "Little My" from The Moomins. Which made me laugh, 'cause I actually love the Moomins and Little My is my favourite character.

^So glad you're enjoying yourself! I spent my first semester at uni pretty much miserable as shit - homesick and lonely, with an unrequited crush on top, not fun - but when I got into the swing of it it just got awesome. Also, Little My annoyed the fuck out of me. Snufkin was my favourite, and also one of my first crushes xD

Man, I love Moomins. I think when I was little, the playground girls got defined based on whether they were like Snorkmaiden or like Little My. I always wanted to believe I was a My, but I think getting older I've realised I'm more of a Mymble -not overly girly but romantic and a bit silly. I am looking forward to becoming a Moominmamma someday...

Yeah, that was exactly my reaction. Mom is funny. 

Also I just spent some time googling Moomins because I loved them as a kid but we have different names for each character in czech. It's funny to compare them with english ones.
