This.

(ok so I saw this last week but I only got the disc of pictures today, so I am all happy all over again)

Omg you made my babymania flare up again. YES! Congrats again! I can't wait to be a mommy. At the very least, to a bebe kitteh.

(And, not to be weird or anything, but I can't make anything out in that ultrasound... To me, it kinda looks like a plate and a HoHo with a bite taken out of it...  :o  Maybe I'm just hungry.  :buck2: Not for babies, though, but for HoHos. Uh, just pretend I never wrote this part, kk?)

Yay totaltadpole!

That better, Dangah?

Awww congratulations!!!

What made my day was this scenario:

I'm on my bike and my friend Bethany is infront of me riding on the frame part, where it hurts like a bitch, but she's a total trooper. So we're biking through the field and out to the open road to get on the street on where I live. We pass by some gangster kids smoking a joint and it goes like this:

Gangster kids: Aww nawww dawggggg!! Dun do dat, chooo!! Yoo! At least get cho gurl a taxi! Yawww yaww dawg!! HAHahahaha yoooo!!! Mannn das fukken disgraceful yo! Das fukken, aw naw dawwg. Das saddd!!

Me: AT LEAST I GOT A GIRL!!!!

Gangster kids:............................uhh....................... ......FAGGOT!

Me: Yes, because clearly I'm on fire!

I went to go study alone for calculus at a local sushi bar/chinese cuisine.

so i sit down. look at the menus and find out that i didn't make it for lunch prices. like 40 minutes late. cock.

so i played dumb and asked the waiter if it was too late. He said no. and fucking gave me the lunch price!

awesome.

for $7.00 after tax i was able to get. strong iced tea(two glasses), bowl of miso soup, a bowl of those crunchy things, shrimp lo mein, fried rice and an egg roll.

IT WAS FUCKING HOT & DELICIOUS!!!!!

i burned my tongue really bad on the lo mein but it was worth it

awesome.

AND I figured out my calculus homework!!!

awesome!

and i got lots of compliments today!

fuck. it was just a good day

My mum just offered to put petrol in my car because she knows I haven't the money to do so, and I'm running on empty.

 2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2/3 cup blanched almonds
1 cup sugar
2/3 cup olden raisins
2/3 cup dried currants
1/2 cup candied citron
1/2 cup candied orange or lemon peel
1/2 cup candied red cherries, chopped
1 cup butter, softened
4 large eggs
2 tablespoons orange-flavored liqueur
Instructions:  Preheat oven to 300° F. Grease and flour an 8-inch springform pan.
In a medium bowl, stir together flour, baking powder, salt, allspice and cinnamon. In a food processor with a knife blade attached, combine 1/3 cup almonds and 1/4 cup sugar. Process until almonds are finely ground. In a medium bowl, mix ground-almond mixture, raisins, currants, citron, orange peel and cherries.

In a large bowl with mixer at low speed, beat remaining 3/4 cup of sugar and butter until well blended. Increase speed to medium-high and beat 5 minutes, or until light and creamy. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating well after each addition. beat in orange liqueur. Reduce speed to low, beat in flour mixture until blended (batter will be thick). Stir in fruit mixture. Spoon batter into prepared pan, spreading evenly. Arrange remaining 1/3 cup almonds on top of batter. Bake 2 hours to 2 hours 15 minutes, or until a cake tester comes out clean. Cover pan loosely with foil after 1 hour to prevent top from over-browning.

Cool in pan on wire rack 20 minutes. With a small knife, loosen cake from sides of pan; remove pan side. Cool completely on wire rack. When cool, remove pan bottom and wrap cake in plastic wrap and then in foil. Let stand overnight before serving

Looks dangerously close to "fruitcake", but I shall try it nevertheless.

Thank-y!
