I'm on holidays back in the country I was grew up in, and I decided to spend a bit of time in the garden weeding. I think I get some weird OCD sometimes, because I found it insanely enjoyable......

Just pretend Steve Irwin said it; it sounds cooler that way.

(Damn, you Aussies have some scary spiders...  We've got a couple that can make
you sick if they bite you, but day-amn! )

Australia has a lot of weird stuff. Sometimes I'd go into my old backyard and my cat would just be chomping on a snake.. that's fine, right?

Also, haha! I think it would be pretty scary if Steve Irwin said that, because he'd sort of be a zombie, I guess.

When I was much younger, we had snakes in the yard all the time...  Since they've built
about five miles of suburbs between me and the nearest woods, not so many...

Summer before last, I was out in the yard and on of the cats was playing with something....
damned if it wasn't a little garter snake, maybe eight inches long...  The first snake I'd seen
near here in years... The cat was pissed that I took it away from him, but it was pretty much
dead by then.

Also, haha! I think it would be pretty scary if Steve Irwin said that, because he'd sort of be a zombie, I guess.

I was going more for the disembodied voice from the great beyond...


...but maybe you hear the accent enough that it's not as funny to you.

England has nice safe wildlife..... our only poisonous snake might make feel a bit ill if it bit you, and none of our native spiders can even pinch..... bees and wasps are about the most deadly creatures

I finally got the Orange Box. For some reason it came at ten to 8 in the morning, but that's okay because I didn't miss it!

Also got some kind of good news from the surgeon today. I guess I shall finish this in the Ruined Your Day thread.
